No. This is paperwork-side automation only. Form review, technique cueing, and trust-building still belong with you.
? Does it talk to TrueCoach / Trainerize?
No. You paste check-ins in, you copy briefs out. That decoupling is the point — no API risk, no per-platform fragility.
? What if the autoregulation rules disagree with my style?
Every rule citation appears in the diff. You override before sending — the brief is a draft, not a directive.
? Where does my data live?
Free: only in your browser (localStorage). Pro: your Clerk account in MongoDB. Either way, exportable as JSON on request.
? Can I downgrade?
Yes. Cancel from Stripe portal. Your roster stays read-only for 30 days so you can finish the cycle, then is exported and removed.
